As an Associate Fleet Manager, I designed and led a transformative series of group and individual coaching sessions focused on developing a team of brand ambassadors ready to perform at the highest level of luxury retail.
The program went beyond technical knowledge—it was built around creating meaningful client connections and mastering the art of storytelling. Through personalized mentorship and interactive learning, participants refined their public speaking skills, strengthened their emotional intelligence, and learned to deliver exceptional, memorable client experiences.
Each session deepened their understanding of client-centric marketing strategies, VIC handling, and loyalty growth. We explored how to execute marketing initiatives that not only build brand awareness but also inspire brand loyalty and drive conversion. The team learned to identify client behaviors, anticipate needs, and apply the “add-on strategy” to transform regular shoppers into loyal, high-value clients.
