Coaching Future Leaders

As an Associate Fleet Manager I hosted 8-week live coaching programs, guiding future leaders to become confident brand ambassadors. Through interactive sessions, I led team members to master the core pillars of the role, build their public speaking skills, and understand how to execute marketing strategies with impact. 

The program encouraged active participation, collaboration, and peer learning, giving attendees the space to absorb new knowledge and translate it into their daily operations. 

By empowering the group to grow individually and collectively, we strengthened both team performance and the ambassador program across multiple ships, creating a lasting culture of leadership and brand excellence.
