Led daily in-store jewelry events hosting 50–100 guests, designed to build brand loyalty, emotional connection, and drive fine jewelry sales while enhancing the overall client experience.

Took ownership of event coordination, client flow management, and team preparation, ensuring each jeweler was equipped to engage guests with confidence and authenticity.
